Remote Problem after Update to 3.0.7

I too am on 3.08 and I am getting spotty control from the app/IP control. It was working flawlessly on 3.0.6. Works 100% on all other apps.

Direction keys, pause don't work, or will work after a random amount of presses. Menu and select seems to work the best.

"Direction keys" ? now I'm confused, the Apple TV remote app does not have directional keys. It has a touch pad area that mimics the track pad of the Siri remote.

Up, down, left, and right. Control systems can mimic IP control, just like the ATV app.

Whatever you tried to do with the keymap-function - have you considered to provide alternative remote handling? There are users who want/need to have the default ATV handling, such like me and other users who would appreciate alternatives.

What control system are you using? How does it communicate with Apple TV?

Could you get us a debuglog capturing failed attempt to go up/down/left/right please.

I use Kodi iOS remote application that communicates via json and all is good, all buttons work.

3.0.8 is live on AppStore, try that and let us know.

If there are still issues, please explain exactly how we can reproduce the issue so that it can be fixed.

Adding alternative handling is not as easy as it might sound, but we would love to make it work for you with the current one.

Assuming by his nick I suppose him to use Control4 - the very same control system I am using. Lemme try out 3.0.8 in the evening (it's early morning here in Europe) and revert to you.

If it is not working properly I will provide a debuglog.
