Hi
I saw MrMC got some "LightEffect" Support. Is this Boblight only? I tried to connect to my Hyperion Server running on my RPI but MrMC will freeze. I need to reinstall MrMC again after that, because everytime I start MrMC it will freeze again, since it's trying to connect to hyperion.
So my question: Is Hyperion not supported (yet)? Any change it will be supported in a later version?
1. No user installed addons are supported, python or otherwise.
2. No, they really are not supported.
3. They are not coming back
4. Read from 1. again
Any mention of illegal streaming sites, addons or any pirated material will not be tolerated. This is not democracy and any offenders will be banned and posts deleted immediately without warning.
Other than that, we hope you enjoy MrMC so far and we welcome any input and feedback you might have.

we only have boblight setup here, not sure what the changes are needed for Hyperion setup.
if you know whats different, we can certainly look into adding it in

Re: Hyperion Support?
I have solved the issue!
I seems I forgot to start the Boblight Server in Hyperion.config.json
I seems I forgot to start the Boblight Server in Hyperion.config.json
Code: Select all
/// The configuration of the boblight server which enables the boblight remote interface
/// * port : Port at which the boblight server is started
/// * priority: Priority of the boblight server (Default=900) HINT: lower value result in HIGHER priority!
"boblightServer" :
{
"port" : 19333,
"priority" : 900
},
