Hi All! My QNAP NAS recently got hacked and I lost my mysql dB, I was able make a backup on one my clients, delete the DB, restore from backup and it’s rebuilt the dB including watch status, however a guide I was following said to delete the Textures13.db and Thumbnail folder, since then only new TV shows and movies added since the rebuild have been getting posters.
It started to download some, but it seems to have stopped and the remaining movies and shows without a poster are now getting thumbnails/screenshots, I’ve left it on over night and no more posters have come through. I tried deleting thumbnail cache and less of the shows have the white camera icon.. but no new posters and coming through.
Any idea how to force it to get posters without manually refreshing from the information screen?

Settings -> appearance-> cached images
Did you try there?
Problem is that your MySQL database has a link to a cached image, you can manually remove the links to cached thumbnails if regenerate thumbnails above doesn’t work.
