+ added skin SIO2
+ added rar
+ added DVD iso/img playback, no VIDEO_TS yet
+ bumped all PVR addons
+ added music visualisations
+ fixed, iOS/tvOS. poke pvr manager when we re-enter foreground
+ fixed, bring back dvd settings
+ pvr handling changes, buffer and friends
+ fixed, tvOS keyboard handling

not seeing this version in testflight yet. what's changed since the previous build?

Still having MrMC crash to the main AppleTV menu while streaming from NPVR, (Stable on the version on the store). It also happens occasionally from local media as well from a Synology NAS but seems to happen more frequently streaming from NPVR. Working on getting you a log (forgot to enable logging).

Three crash reports for this version. One in nfs lib, the other two are general 'oh snap, kill the app' type where info is minimal. Something bad happened in the main thread and was not caught so iOS killed us.

mrmc.log.old contains the previous run log.
