Is it possible to play the movie using an external player such as New Player? This player is very good at dealing with large 4K files. The built-in MRMC player can not handle it.

The player that 4K plays very well is the Nova Player and works great on Android

unfortunately, we need to see the entire debuglog. Specially the app startup and start of playback.

The saved log is below it as the film started to cut and the sound stopped working. I hope this will help solve my problem. I do not have it on the Nova Player. The film goes very well with the sound of dts.

The codec is 4K, the debuglog show it being rendered at 1080.
