I would like to have media flags for language, like a nation flag, triggered by file name having "swe" or "Eng" etc ( for Swedish or English spoken language).
I would also like to see a media flag for subtitles, if there is a local subtitle downloaded already or if there is a burned in subtitled (then the file name should include "sub" or "swesub" (Swedish subtitle).
