Opensubtitle service is known to have some issues with overload, it’s not our implementation issue but their servers being overloaded

I am happy to look at the debuglog to see if anything stands out.

Other thing to remember, even if opensubtitles website is on, that doesn’t always mean that API works as that’s done through different servers on their side.... we use API do search and download.

I’ve just tried with the AppleTV4k and It doesn’t works, but It works fine with the iPad.
I’ve activated the logs and it says MTZ8Y.log

We need to see the debuglog with debug enabled, you should reproduce the issue while debug is enabled and then upload it.

I did, and that was the name of log.

Not really, you didn’t...

You tried to playback, possibly tried to search for a subtitle... then you enabled debug logging and uploaded the log immediately.

Try searching for the subtitle now, and then upload the fresh log

Done, by mistake I clicked twice, so you would see the previous name and ULTZN.log
