Hey,
Question I hope someone can answer. Does anyone have experience with running Plex on a NAS, say QNAP 451 and then playing media through MRMC? How does it work? Does the QNAP have enough power to have everything work okay?
Thanks!

2. No, they really are not supported.
3. They are not coming back

2.41 GHz Intel Celeron D Processor 360, should be fine as the MrMC's Plex client by default does not transcode but plays direct.

The only issue you'd run into is VC-1 files (or HEVC atm), unless something changed recently I'm not tracking.

Only for AppleTV4 (now), Amazon FireTV and Shield would be fine for those.timstephens24 wrote: 28 Aug 2017, 17:16 The only issue you'd run into is VC-1 files (or HEVC atm), unless something changed recently I'm not tracking.
