We will cross that bridge if it happens, but at this time, we see no reason for Apple to refuse it.

On iOS it's more than a week:

with less apps in the tvOS appstore and a different review team I can't imagine it would take them that long.

From next week on, it' also the two final 2 weeks for Apple's review process. The last two weeks of the year, they are closed. Fingers crossed.
