I´ve visited the link of the iptv forum...
the URL to get the m3u playlist just redirect to the same thread on the forum, not to a raw m3u file...
The epg and icons url´s are fine...
I assume the link to the m3u playlist is broken, probably when you configure Kodi on iphone, the link was ok, and if you selected the "chache m3u at local storage" checkbox, the m3u playlist is already on kodi, so you can view iptv... but mrmc (if I am not wrong), doesn´t cache the m3u at local storage, always must be accesible online (internet or shared folder on your lan)
