New Shield TV PRO (2019) user looking for smooth playback of local content via USB.
Had been getting 1-2 random micro stutters per film using standard Kodi from google play store. Giving MRMC a try. Hoping for a plug and play experience.
I realize add-ons are not supported, however I'd really like a random TV episode functionality if at all possible. (I.e. context menu 'play random', for just rolling a random episode of Seinfeld or whatever). I don't see a way to do this.
