Can't switch from Amber to another skin - no Settings option

Hi,

I was trying out the Amber skin on the current MrMc/tvOS and now I can't see how to switch to any other skin - because I can't access the Settings page.

The home menu does not have the Settings option.

Am I stuck with Amber forever?

It’s possible you disabled settings button, you can try mapping any button to settings using keymap addon, if you can access it... if that doesn’t work, you will have to remove the app and install again.

Possible but unlikely - I'd have to be in Settings, disable the Setting menu (why would that even be permitted?), and while still in Setttings change the Skin.

What I was doing was trying out different skins.

Yes, the settings button cannot be disabled... my mistake.

Amber skin has settings on the Center bar, can you show me what you are seeing after Favourites on the home screen please.

You can enter Extensions from Home Screen, go to extension browser and go to Program Extension - > keymap editor to try and map a button temporarily to enter settings. Might be a long shot, but possibly worth a try before you remove the app and reinstall.

I can’t see any option in code that would have disabled the settings button on Home Screen, no idea how that could have happened.

Sorry I killed the app and restarted it, after which the Settings option returned.

If it happens again I'll get some screenshots.
