I think the halter is something to do With plex integration. If i put Gladiator on my NAS it will play perfeckt.

So the movies made with dv-mp4 maker do not work. They display in HDR instead of DV (OK on LG internal player). Would DVDFab do anything different? As we are talking about te same thing...DV and AC3. That application has a high price.

DVDFab merges the HDR and DV streams into one stream. dv-mp4 maker does not do that.

if anyone knows how dvdfab combines the layers, or if there's an open-source tool to do it, I would gladly add the option in DV-mp4-maker to choose between lossless dual layer and lossy single layer.

If you let these devs know that MrMC is indeed software that can do it, maybe they'll make an MrMC profile using .ts with copy audio and a video quality slider that can go up to lossless. that would be amazing! they clearly have everything they need to do it, just no incentive as they don't realize MrMC's capabilities

Another thing is subtitle on DV it Plays but is shown up in left corner

mediainfo on that file with the subtitle issue.

I created the file wit DVDFab, but it still only displays it as HDR...
