Same issue with only audio here, especially with HD TV 720 using "Simple IPTV PVR" (1080 and 576 works as far as I've seen). In MrMC for tvOS the same channels are viewed correctly.
Another bug:
The TV menu entry is only displayed in MrMC skin. In MrMC Touch skin this option is missing. When selecting TV as start screen for MrMC Touch skin and restarting MrMC, you get to the TV channel list, until you go back to the home screen. Would be great to have a TV option on the MrMC Touch home screen.
