HTSP protocol support

Post by mrgool »

Hello, just bought this fine app!

Work perfectly in local LAN with synology server, but I can't connect to my HTSP server, so STILL need have 2 boxes switched on near TV - AppleTV and Raspberry with Kodi.

Any chance to fix it?

Thanks!

I know 2 ways add sources with this protocol to KODI
1) in video menu add network source ("unlimited" number of sources)
2) via PVR addon - only one server

Will be good see support htsp protocol in menu "add network source" sometimes, but it is not mandatory.
;)

Which tvheadend version works with this addon?

Currently I use 2 servers in different locations (one with DVBS and other with DVBT streaming) one managed by me, other not.
1)HTS Tvheadend 3.4.27~gfbda802
2)HTS Tvheadend 3.9.409~g342d0e7

Addon does not work with both (protocol error-probably versions mismatch, will read Your app docs how to access log file to receive more info)

I will try update tvh on my server today to 4.0.8
Update: yes, addon work with tvh 4.0.8!

Thank You!
