22:25:45 | <Sidwilson> hello when we get trakt-support on mrmc?
22:28:00 | <@davilla> when we get a chance, for now just make a new thread in forum support section
I've been using MySQL and then another Kodi instance running on a Windows box with the same version (currently 15.2) to run a Trakt update in the mean time. Works extremely well as a stop-gap till they can get it done.
Hi all,
I also would like to express my interest on having Trakt.tv support.
I personally use it as an easy way to keep all my players in sync in a very straight forward way without having to worry about database version and setting external servers.
I would love to have it in MrMC.
I'm not expecting any timeline commitment, of course, but I would really like to know if this is something that might be possible... one day...
Thanks a lot for this amazing application.
Daniel
Sorry for reviving an old topic but i would love to see trakt on mrmc.
First, I like to note the series and movies i watch.
Second, using trakt sync on an ipad after coming back home and having watch a serie or a movie in the train on infuse so i can resume it on my rapsberry on the tv exactly where i stopped would be great.
So far i have to do that on my raspberry which stresses its cpu a lot...
We have trakt in works ,for now we are concentrating on watched status and currently watching items.
Note that it's only one way for now, MrMC will send notification when something is watched but will not pull watched status from trakt... key words being "for now"
trakt seems to become very popular. But as I saw in another thread, it seems not to easy to make it available for MrMc.
What about this: http://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on:WatchedList
as a good compromise? It is much faster then the trakt plugin and works in mysql or local files.
I am sure - most of us need a simple to use plugin to have the watched status synchronized via all the kodi-installations with partly different databases
