Yeh my picture doesn't crash mrmc anymore It's fixed :D . There is another problem i've found though in skin settings there is no way to add a custom background picture as there is no folders or directories is this to come in future updates? and how will you add background pictures when apple tv won't let you use internal storage because of purging.

will remove that option in 1.0.2, 1.0.1 has gone to higher powers to approve :)

Interesting find. Infuse just appeared in the Appstore. I don't like it that much, though the metadata fetching produces super slick interfaces. Where is an simple list view ?

Anyways, found out that Infuse has the same issue with passthrough enabled as MrMc. You play some file with DD or DTS, then a video file with stereo MP3 or AAC. The last file will have no sound and the navigation sounds in the home screen are gone as well.

So it's not a bug in MrMC ? Maybe a tvOS bug ? The audio device get stuck in passthrough once you enable it ? Can't imagine it's my setup. Kodi on AndroidTV or Windows works fine with my receiver,

Doesn't help, both for Infuse 4 and MrMC.

Do you still need test streams ? I'm thinking to check log files, maybe they give some clue. But... maybe the issue is at tvOS level.

About the latest tvOS built:

Scrolling with the Siri Remote is nice(r), but sometimes it seems to get stuck at a file. That file is highlighted, but if you swipe up or down, that file stays highlighted and list is moved up and down. In other words, it becomes impossible to select a file, because one swipe results in to scrolling up or down several files. I hope you get the picture.

With my Logitech Harmony (IR based) I get sometimes the same behaviour.

You can fix this, by pressing menu (or back on the Harmony) and select the folder (Files' source) again.

Very odd, neither amet nor I have been able to reproduce this issue. You might have given details on your setup elsewhere but can you repeat it. ATV settings, for HDMI and Audio. Amp, HDTV etc. Once we can reproduce the issue, then we can dive deeper to see why it happens. Right now, it would just be hunt and peck.

make sure when this happens that you didn't select "page scroll bar", its the bar on the side of the list. it would become blue and the item selector will disappear, in that case just flick left and you should be back in list.
