Can anyone answer why i have black bars in top/botton (Where subtitle is displayed in the bottom black area). I would expect that when plating 1080p material - black bars should be gone? Do i need to change some setting?

What is the aspect ratio of what you are watching ? If it does not fill the entire 1920 x 1080 view of view, then you will see black at top/bottom. You can always alter this in the OSD/video settings and fill the entire view-of-view but then the sides will be cut off. Or you can stretch it, but then round things are not round anymore.
