I keep getting this problem at random times - I select an item to play and nothing happens. Sometimes the screen will go black and be "loading" for a moment only to return to the previous screen. If I manually go into the share, it won't open, stating an authorization error. At this point, all I have to do is quit MrMC and restart it and things return to normal.

My share is hosted by macOS Big Sur via SMB and MySQL.

Log uploaded: 4C3MA
It's not possible for me to follow the normal procedure of quitting and restarting MrMC before capturing the log, because this fixes the problem.

This has actually been happening for awhile, prior to and all though 3.9.11. My apologies for not being able to report it sooner. I haven't installed the new build yet.

I am experiencing the same problem for a while (not exclusive to this build) Also logging is disabled once this occurs. I have to reboot the atv4k to get logging back. Attempt to upload log DAO0U but unsure if the black out is logged since I had to restart.

Debugging DAO0U.log

By the way, as long as there is no action behind, you can delete the button „Trailer“ in the movie info section in the Ariana skin.

Why? I use that a lot… If you have a trailer in your movie folder, it works wonderfully

Because I knew this option only in connection with only trailers. I didn‘t know that you can store and scrape offline trailers as well, so forget my hint. For me personally, storing trailers doesn‘t make sense, because a trailer is only of interest for unknown movies. That‘s why I expected an online function here.

This is still a problem and not acknowledged yet. It just happened to me again, and what's really strange is that I have 2 sources both to the same computer so using the same credentials, and yet one works and the other doesn't. When I quit and restart MrMC, they are both working.

I have serious lockup problems with this version:

Steps
1. If I turn on the Apple tv4k (after sleep) and start mrmc I have either a:
1.1 a complete UI screen freeze and mrmc lockup.
1.2 Or Playing content is impossible and the lockup occurs.
1.3 or a loading screens appears
2. If I shutdown the app mrmc restarts eventually and everything is normal
3. if I restart the Apple TV mrmc works fine
4. Log upload is not possible (please look at this below, if I can’t upload logs it’s difficult to report)

I copied the log after mrmc shutdown/ restart weblog to pastebin, see https://pastebin.com/nu2A36dx
