Hi All,
This is a simple note to announce my retirement from MrMC (and everything related to XBMC and derivatives, as a matter of fact).
No drama, no bad blood.
This is just me having lost motivation working on this topic, so rather than doing stuff half-hearted (or not at all), best for everyone is that I make this clear-cut decision.
Thanks to Team-MrMC for having welcomed me during those last 3 years (gee, already 3 years. Time flies...) and the best to them on the continuation of their project.
1. No user installed addons are supported, python or otherwise.
2. No, they really are not supported.
3. They are not coming back
4. Read from 1. again

Re: Retirement
Does this have effect on further development of mrmc ?
After a lot of steps forward, We are in a bit of a silent period at the moment with no test flights. Are @amet and @davilla working in the background or is mrmc on a development pauze? Is there a “plan” where to go for 2021 ?

Re: Retirement
Silent period is just lack of time at the moment… we will continue as before on Apple side and we are looking at the options for Android

Thanks for your response. We will have to be patient. I regularly check into the forum, so I’ll see it soon enough if there are new developments.

Re: Retirement
Sad to see you go. You'll be sorely missed.
SPMC was my media player of choice on my RockChip-based devices since the Gotham builds. At your recommendation I switched over to the Shield, and when you announced your move to MrMC, I immediately purchased it.
So Long And Thanks For All the Fish, mate.
