Hi,
Thought I'd try MrMC Lite using Emby as the backend. Got the above error message after MrMC timed out after I typed the pin into the Emby /pin page and it was accepted, as per MrMCs instructions. I tried and failed several times.
This is on a Shield using Emby beta 4.5.0.23 on a Windows PC.
Thank you.

Thanks for your help. Just sent log 7VNPH.log.
Same thing - Emby took the pin ok, but same error message given in MrMC.

Re: Cannot login in - 'error extracting access token' message
There is a fix for emby login in the current beta tests , unfortunately beta is only for full version and not lite.
Tried logging into it manually? Using username/password

Thanks. Think I got logged in. MrMC shows up on my Emby Server anyway.
But can't get it to show any media. It doesn't show any by itself and I can't find how to add Emby stuff to it.

Like I said, there is a change in 3.9.8 that fixes the server identification issue... which is what I think you are experiencing.... it logged in, but doesn’t see the server.

Sure, viewtopic.php?f=10&t=5412
Let me know if you still have the issue on beta and post the new debuglog if you do.

Got the full version. Upgraded to beta. Well I think I did - I registered on your beta page and there was a new update after that. But didn't work. Here is the new log- OP5JH.Log.

I’ll have to install 4.5.0.23 to see what is going on there, Emby is known to do things like that and not tell anyone
