Problem with ASS Subtitles

I have a Problem with some ASS Subtitles on the Android TV MrMC App.
I have selected Subtitles in the Menu and they don't show up on Screen. Jellyfin says the data is direct playing.
When I watch the Episode on Jellyfinweb (Direct Play) or via Kodi with Jellyfin Add-on (Direct Play) or via the Jellyfin Android App (it will then be transcoded) it works fine.
It is not on all ASS Subtitles but on many. But on other Subtitle formats or even on some ASS Subtitles it works fine.
I hope you can help me with this.
Server: Jellyfin 10.5.5
Player: Shield TV Pro 2019 with MrMC 3.9.7 + Jellyfin Add-on
Debug Log: RUD3V.log
P.S. The App works perfect with Jellyfin and you don't need to wait to Sync like Kodi. This is the only Flaw I encountered

Problem still exist with Jellyfin 10.6.
Can someone help us with this Problem?
