Won't start up, goes back to home screen

Having a terrible time getting this app to start. Just seems up back at 4k fire tv stick home screen. Sometimes a reboot or clear cache helps but not always. One time in about 20 will start correctly. I have tried uninstalling several times too. Can anyone advise?

Very occasionally I get this, and stopping the app and clearing the cache and then restarting it typically fixes it for me. Are you doing anything therefore like auto scanning libraries on start up? Have you used all the memory space up in the firestick?

we might be able to see something in
debuglog when you manage to start it, without it we are in the dark
