Plex Server with Movie Collections

Im using the Plex Server on my Windows 10 computer and using MrMC on my Apple 4K tv to show all my movies and tv shows.
I don’t have any trouble viewing my tv and movie folders but when I look in my collection folder all my movies are there but aren’t in their seperate folders.
Im trying to have ie: a folder called Star Wars with all the Star Wars movies inside the folder.
Has anyone managed to display a folder with their movie series inside the folder.
