FireTV Stick 4K Problems playing recordings SAT TS Steam

I have an Enigma2 receiver that I use to record satellite TV programs. Unfortunately, most of these files are not played. Broadcasts by ARD ZDF (720p) are not played, occasionally ZDFneo steam is played. Where is the problem ??
