MRMC and Emby Server issues

Hi Guys, I am new to both MRMC and Emby, so please excuse my ignorance but I do need your expertise.
I have a subscription with a service provider that use Emby to connect me to his MOD & TV shows database. On Emby I connect to his server which is hosted in US.
I recently installed MRMC and added his server (my login details he gave me) in MRMC as I have issue on Emby trying to playback his content (playback freezes continiously).
Since I installed MRMC and access his content, I notice that MRMC only shows maximum 1700 TV shows in the datbase, when on Emby it is almost 15000. The same happens when opening Movies...far less on MRMC than on Emby, although they are both setup to the same server.
I use Nvidia Shield Pro as my android box.
Would really appreciate any help here PLEASE!!!
