I’m using a Plex Server on Windows 10 and MrMC Lite on a Apple TV 4K can anyone tell me is it possible to delete the movies that are showing in Continue Watching or do I have to fast forward to the end of the movie.

Long press should bring up a context menu. Choose "mark as watched" (or unwatched).
