Hi guys,

Hope everyone is well?

I have been using the full version of MrMC for a little while now after upgrading from the free version as I liked it and it's been working very well for the most part on my Firestick 4K.

A little while ago you guys released the current latest version and I and tried to update to it only to be met with a failed to install message. I was trying on a weekly basis but it refused to update, so I decided to uninstall the app and now I can't reinstall it. I have tried doing a full reset of my Firestick and it still won't let me install it. It downloads and then fails. I see now that someone has left a review stating they have the same issue. If I'd noticed the review I wouldn't have uninstalled it!

Anyway, hopefully someone can give me a suggestion as it would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry about that. I had flicked through several pages of the support topics at the bottom back to 2016 without seeing anything. I didn't realise there were more topics under those headers. I'll wait and see what happens with Amazon. Thank you,

Problem is now fixed.

Yes, I've also just updated on my firestick 2 (tank) and it works for me on this hardware now too. Thanks to everyone that fixed it!
