Yesterday, I was informed about a new version and asked if I would like to to update.
- I've tried and failed, so, I've uninstall the previous version and tried to install the new version again, and again I've got a fail message
-Today, I've tried to restore the firestick to factory defaults and tried again to install, but I've got the fail message again.
Any idea about how to solve this?

Same here on AFTV 4K stick. Installation of update fails

The exact same thing for me.

Same on a FireTV Cube.

1st Gen TV Stick, same problem

We are working with Amazon to fix the issue

Does this update solve the TV Scraping issue?

If so, I can’t wait for amazon to sort their shit out!

Just came looking into this as well.

Both 2019 cube and 4k stick are failing updates.
