Library is not updated with new series

Hello,
I added a new series to my library, but it does not show up after I update the library. The folder structure is "ERASED (2016)/Season 1/S01Exx.mkv" and I double-checked on thetvdb.org that the name and year are correct.
I activated the debug log and updated the library. The debug log file name is 4NA0T.log.

Seems there was a change on thetvdb api Kodi has already made the change we just have to await devs here to also make a change

Hm, obviously not as your original post was Jan 25 and 3.9.5 was released Jan 30. Request access to Testflight if you are an ATV user.

The same problem is happening on episodes added starting yesterday.
I am on iPad 3.9.6
Did anything change that I should be aware of?

many people reporting problems with theTVDB with Plex. So, theTVDB may be having problems.
