No problems until now.
However, I can only test Dolby Digital and no Dolby Atmos.
I'm still missing the Atmos devices :)

Is that your problem or a MrMC problem ? :)

Unfortunately, that's my problem :D

But... I have a serious mistake.
As soon as I change from a TV channel with stereo to 5.1, I have the center in the back left.

I also tried it but unfortunately it didn't help.
Only when I went from 5.1 to 5.0 and back again, the sound was fine again.
But since that was too cumbersome for me, I'm back to the previous version.
Otherwise my girlfriend would turn my neck ;)

What is your tvOS audio setup ?
Are you changing the tvOS audio settings ?
Or switching anything regarding tvOS audio.

Noticed the center channel coming from back left too, but initially couldn’t reproduce after going back and forth in 3.9.4 releases. But after Ted377’s reply how it triggered, will test that in the coming days and describe my sound setup.
