Philips Hue integration - keep one light on?

Just testing out the Hue integration and I don’t see a way to accomplish this task?
I have a bias light behind my TV so when a movie starts I want all my lights to turn off but I also want this bias light to turn ON.
Is this possible to accomplish with MrMc?
