Correct. Not sure how that doesn't work, and I still can connect using the Emby app and Kodi with the EmbyCon plugin...

Fixed by removing all my existing setup and going via Cloudflare as per guide. I now have external access to my emby server again.

I can login, MrMC reports I'm logged in (sign-in is now sign-out), but only MrMC and plex appear as server options.
Hello

I'm having the same problem. I'm trying this from time to time since Emby support started in MrMC, always with the same result. Sign-in is now Sign-out, but I can't choose an Emby server in MrMC. Emby server reports "user authenticated" after I setup the credentials in MrMC. But Emby server does not report "user is online" after MrMC is being started.

I uploaded a debug log
NBED4.log

Please tell me if you need a log with the authentication, this one contains just the start of MrMc (Services -> Emby still showing "Sign-out")

Best regards

edit: I do not see any blocked requests in cloudflare firewall dashboard or in my nginx logs. Other clients (Emby theater, Emby for Kodi, EmbyCon) work fine.

Debuglog with sign in would be great, and a bit more details how it’s setup.

Sure,
Log: 1RVS9

Emby server runs on a Ubuntu 18.4 VPS behind nginx with Cloudflare in front of it. I'm using the signed certificates provided by Cloudflare and I do NOT (and do not want to) use Emby connect, so I'm connecting via manual login on port 443 (https://domain.com:443).

Just tell me if you need further info (please specify).

Best regards

hm, its odd... your log is empty... it only has the start/first line in it.

if you follow debuglog instructions for "3.8.1 and lower" , can you see the log file displayed? I am not sure what platform you are on, is it an option for you to reinstall MrMC?

This is MrMC Lite v 3.9.7 on IOS 13.4.1.
I uninstalled and reinstalled. I'm not able to enable the web server, "failed to start".
I sent another log, J8VUV. It includes the attempt to start the web server and the Emby authentication.
Hopefully you can see it this time.
