MrMC

I searched the forum and saw one mention of iPad Pro playing back HDR.

I just want to make sure MrMC plays HDR stuff on an iPad Pro before I even think about getting one. Such features would be why I get a pro instead of a cheaper version.

I have one and playback is great for 4K movies with HDR. The Plex addon on the other hand... *wink wink *nudge nudge

So what's the best way to get files onto the ipad for playback with MrMC? When I'm traveling I'll need the files on the device, can't rely on streaming.

None that I know of for MrMC. I use something else for offline playback.

OK, thanks. In the past I've used VLC to download files from my network and then had MrMC find them via media sources. I was just hoping somebody knew of an easier way.

sigh. I just realized my past experience isn't with MrMC but with Kodi when I was jailbroken.

It looks like MrMC can't explore the local filesystem.
