I'm not able to replicate any of the problem issues I had with the previous version. Everything is running smooth. I tried alternating from Opacity plex client to Plex Add-on, exit out, exiting to MrMc, full exiting. All is good. I think I'm even noticing more Plex video categories in the Add On? I was even able to "hack" a tvOS top shelf, until you get that working.

before this is released will we get another shield version to make sure those problems are fixed as well?

ah, I should have looked before I asked. Looks like it updated overnight.
The problems I'd seen on Shield (crash on exit and no log via web GUI) are fixed now.

Regarding the ability of MrMC to change resolution down, where is the limit? Reported EDID or Shield capability? I'm seeing only 720p as lowest resolution. Can the Shield output 480i if EDID reports that resolution is available?

It's harcoded to 720p as minimum.
No clue what could happen with SD resolutions, I cannot test that.

Anyone try manual emby over https ? There were several requests for this. Just change the drop down from http to https
