The new AppleTV 4K works under the current 3.1 version. HEVC (h265) decoding under VideoToolBox and 4K display is working under the pending 3.2 release. It is currently being tested under TestFlight.
We originally intended 3.2 release this week but some minor fixes jumped in and we are testing them. ETA is next week.
