I grab a screenshot of it under itunes. (home sharing), then do the same under MrMC. Now take these two screenshots, autolevel them and compare their histograms. The histograms are identical now.

I checked the new testflight build on tvOS 11.2.6. I am seeing flashing bars only upto 84 with this build. Computers app showed all bars upto 68. AVFoundation & VideoToolBox options were enabled.

Yep, It actually is showing bars below 16 and above 235. Haven't yet checked the actual levels of the HDMI output.

Please update the Black Glass Nova skin with the latest commits from the jarvis-mrmc branch!

Why not just switch subtitles directly instead of going into settings menu?

Can you guys make a copy of the DVBLink PVR and call it TVMosaic PVR and incorparate the above change (which ONLY applies for the TVMosaic Server and NOT for the DVBLink server) so we can test the TVMosaic server in MrMC ?

Because this way, existing DVBLink users in MrMC won't be affected by this change.
