I am sorry to see this bashing attitude, what we tested with 30 external testers showed to be ok.... You think it's not, explain what it's not working... nicely ... and we will work on fixing it. Absolutely no reason to have this negative attitude towards it
Here are the issues:
1) after installing the app for the first time on tvOS 9.1, the app was launched successfully. but nothing works: adding video files, settings, etc. restoring ATV fixed this issue.
2) touch control is not smooth (compared to netflix, youtube apps). scrolling a movie list is either slow or way to fast, as compared to netflix.
Rev/FF has the same issue. it is either not responsive or way to fast. sometime it jumped around to the beginning. old apple remote works much better.

I will add more as I continue using the app.

Lurking for a long time, since the first Kodi thread. Thought, no way they are going to pull it off!

Bought MrMC this morning as soon as I saw this thread, added movies and tv, tested a bunch of formats... Verdict, awesome.

Thanks for all the effort to get this done, does exactly what I needed, plays local content from my NAS on my Apple TV.

Now I can ditch the Pivos once and for all, don't get me wrong worked great, but now I only need one box for everything.

If you are asking about add-ons, please stop. Read about what this product is before you buy it!

Thank you davilla and Team!

Congrats to the devs !!!!

First thing I am going to do tonight, remove the beta and buy it in the appstore.

Still amazed you pulled this off.

Had a crash back to the ATV main menu when testing a notification from CouchPotato (I'd previously tested Sonarr notifications around 5 times before I tried CP). It seemed to crash at the tail end of the notification, as it was either trying to close it or play the closing sound, if that makes sense.

Reloaded MrMC and tested it again with no issues, so haven't been able to reproduce it just yet. Just a heads up :)

You cannot install ANY addons, pvr addons are included but no python addons are supported.
