In iOS, there are two skins, the standard 'touch' and tvOS MrMC skin. For tvOS, just the one.

For now, user installed skins must wait. Most Kodi type skins have python helpers and python is gone. We think we get get user installed skins in but decided to wait until we pass the initial Apple review before opening that can of worms

Individual apps, one for iOS, one for tvOS. There are differences that difficult to runtime detect and some APIs are not the same level of permitted.

Will it be possible to configure MrMC on AppleTV for shared library? I have stored the Kodi MySQL database on the NAS (MariaDB on Synoloy NAS).

MySQL is supported at the GUI level. We will maintain compatibility with Kodi. See 2nd post in http://mrmc.tv/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=16

Hello guys i want to ask you because i don't understand yet, if possible to download mrmc from pc or other sources to put it on apple tv 4 or I should wait for release in tvos app store?
