You are welcome to go for a refund, just to clarify its not MrMC issue, other apps have the same problem with new Denon amps.... Sounds like atv -> denon handshake problem.

We are working on it and testing with latest beta tvOS to find a solution.

Once there is a solution we will update here.

Been with Infuse and they are not really responding to this problem, but you are at least trying to do something.
Please excuse me (and others?) for being a "pain in the a**" about the issue of not being able to get the best out of MrMC and the ATV4.
It is unfair to you and all the good work you are doing

heheh, no issue with you asking... problem is that we have not been able to reproduce the issue reliably.

as I said, I still think its apple issue with ATV firmware and not talking to latest receivers properly. not sure if you are able to bump ATV4 OS version to one of the tvOS 9.2 beta versions, woudl be interesting to see if that helps...
