I am not seeing that in the log, after you entered the PIN it was marked OK.
16:48:10 T:18446744072290223424 DEBUG: CPlexServices:OnSettingAction pin sign-in ok
after that, you shoudl have seen Movies/Tvshows
could you add me to your server as "friend" just as a test? if so, shoot me a mail

How would I do that? Sorry, I'm not that familiar with plex etc...
ps: As I mentioned before I've got at least 4 other devices in the hour all working with plex, including the Plex app on the Fire TV in question...

Done!
Not sure how this will help as it's surely got to be an issue with my FireTV finding/connecting to my Plex Server on my Windows 10 PC?
QUESTION: Do I need to leave my Windows 10 Server on? Do I need to leave my NAS on which all the media is hosted on?
If it's of interest, all the media is located via a drive (letter "M") mapped on my Windows 10 PC to the NAS.

Your Windows 10 box needs to be on, because if it's off, the Plex running on it is also off. If your NAS is off, then Plex will run but you won't be able to play any videos that are on the NAS because again, it's off.

OK... I'll leave my Windows 10 box on until I hear back from Amet.
BTW - Just completely uninstalled MrMC on the Fire TV and re-installed. Did nothing more that re "PIN" to my Plex account... and still nothing...

I see all your media fine on my 3 Apple TVs and firetv....
How are you connecting your aftv to to the network? Wifi or LAN? I wonder if it times out somewhere...
Let's do the clean MrMC install, pin sign in,wait 5-10 sec, enter videos/tvshows and get the log then please.
You can remove my access from your library ... thanks!

Connection - The FireTV is wired to my network. And as I said if I run "Plex" on that same device, all is fine.
Clean install - I did that last night before doing the test. But here is an uninstall, powercycle, install, run, enabled logging & web, close, power cycle,
open, Plex PIN, return to Main screen and into Video, back to MrMC main menu -
http://pastebin.com/btpuFgNi
& no Movies or TVSeries options...
Email - I've sent you an email too...

ok, try this...
try to manually assign IP, subnet and default gateway to your AFTV... we had issues with it once before where it would not connect properly if default gateway is not populated.
http://www.aftvnews.com/how-to-manually ... -tv-stick/
you get stuck in this loop and never hit "break;" if default gateway is not set correctly ->

I believe I may already have done this. I had a problem where if I set the Fire TV to sleep (when I finished with it), sometimes when coming back to use it, it would complain of no network connection and I'd need to power cycle. As part of trying to resolve this I believe I hard coded its IP address.
Note: I now never turn the FireTV off, and assume(hope) it sleeps automatically after no use.
Anyway, I'm at work at the moment, and I'll have a look later... But that would account why the IP address of the Fire TV is always 192.168.0.135, because it's hard coded.
I'll do the following:-
1) Ensure it's not hard code. Redo the Plex PIN and test.
1) Ensure it is hard code (I'll try a different IP address). Redo the Plex PIN and test.
Do you want any logs? Or have we gone past wanting those now?
