Just tried switching from “preferred” to “disabled” and works perfectly on Apple TV 4K although not sure what I’ve made unsecure on the system?
No lag at all now on populating home screen so better than before.

After reading some other replies in this thread, I’ve done som testing.
I turned ”Filter WAN NAT redirect” back on in my firewall (see earlier post regarding me turning it off).
Restart MrMC on both ATV4K and iPad. This resulting MrMC not being able to connect to the plex server.
So I go in to Plex and set secure connection to disabeled (previously preferred) and now MrMC connects to the server.
I will leave it this way for now since I prefer the plex setting over disabeling things in my firewall.
