Harmony Elite gives me same as Siri remote, with right click hold down, but it shows "Fast Forward 8x".
Are there settings in MrMC to set it to 4x ?

No, ff/rw is fixed to 8x, 4x seemed slow, 16x was not smooth.

Clicking and holding on my Harmony Hub with remote I get the fast forward x8. My Harmony Elite is the same.

On the right click hold down there is no 4xfastforward anymore.
Now I understand, requester was refering to old testflight version where 4x was the norm.

But he did not say only 8x is possible so I assumed that right/left hold was doing nothing

Not sure what to say about levels after this update. Where I used to see up to 253 with AVF as decoder, now I see only to 234. But, some might say that's correct now.
tvOS hardware decoders ignoring interlaced seems to work well. I've got some files that have a small amount of content as interlaced but the majority of the file is progressive. Prior to the update hardware decoders were used. Now ffmpeg is used. As a bonus, the cadence of said video seems much better with ffmpeg now. Previously with ffmpeg there were irregularities in the cadence.

Do these match that of using the "Computers" app on Apple TV 4K (through iTunes homesharing) ?

ah I should have thought about that first. No, sharing the same test pattern through itunes>computers shows levels up to 253.
