Is your UHD display capable of Dolby Vision ?
Is tvOS setup to display match ?
Is MrMC setup to adjust display ?

debuglog typically shows what's going on....

dvdfab is confusing :) So many "products" they offer.
Which one does the HDR/Dolby Vision merge ?

https://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.ph ... 1_x64_FULL is always the direct dl link to the latest 64bit windows version (updated today even), see the changelog here: https://m.dvdfab.cn/dvd-fab-new and the 'product' in question is called dvdfab uhd-ripper (its all built-in though), info here: https://m.dvdfab.cn/uhd-ripper
make sure you click the non-passthrough mp4.dolbyvision profile. the passthrough one is lossless dual layer like dv-mp4-maker. then click the little wrench beside the movie you've added for advanced settings and max out the video quality slider, and set audio to 640kbps ac3. the version a few days ago added extra dolby conversion options in advanced settings so it might be amalgamated now, I haven't tried it yet but curious to see what there is.

Yes LG OLED B7
Yes Display and refresh rate
Yes

Debug Log: http://pasted.co/1723c7ea

I recreated the movie with DVDFab and same issue. Either I have an issue or I am incapable of ripping it correctly.

Steps taken:

1. Added movie folder in mp4.dolbyvision, it scanned it automatically.
2. Selected advanced options. Left the option to copy video as I couldn't move the slider in MacOS...
3. Set audio to ac3 640kbps
4. Left Web optimized enabled as I did not notice it.
5. Deselected all Subtitles and only left one.
6. Start

What I noticed now is that in "Copy Video" setting there is the option of "Two streams (BL/EU+RPU) or Single stream (BL+RPU)" Selected is two streams.

Media Info of ripped movie: http://pasted.co/1b1042e9

Thanks again

LE: My other movie is not seen by DVDFab as DV at all.

Media Info: http://pasted.co/0a6e81ea
On the TV Player it plays as DV without issues. As if dv-mp4 maker managed to see it as DV (because Media Info on the ripped version displays as DV)

MediaInfo shows two video streams, HDR10 and Dolby Vision. You want to merge them, ie, Single stream (BL+RPU).

If you have latest Intel prosseor or nvidia GTX card IT take only 35 min. If you dont have this hardware IT will take about 50 hours.

ah so it was working! this happened to me and I was stuck on 12% for 29 hours @ 100% CPU usage that I just gave up so my laptop didn't explode. guess I was only around halfway done lol.
