Reverted back: The sound stop / hickup is still there and is now only there when adjust display refresh rate is on start / stop or always. And occurs when shifting between audio formats like stereo, multi Pcm and stereo.

- So stereo file and hickup, next stereo file not
- Change from stereo to multi Pcm hickup
- Play stereo file, and a hickup, next stereo file not.

- As expected (following the notes) nothing new concerning the thumbs issue.

- Nothing new as well concering „Scan for new content“ via context menu for distinct TV shows.


The TV show info now is only displayed from context menu of the show, and now the scrolling is much better, i. e. it starts late enough to read the first line, too.
In several cases („The Handmaid‘s Tale“, „House of Cards“ and others) the option „TV show information“ is missing in the context menu.

Wasn't it always, when switching from stereo to multi channel and vice versa, that there is a hickup, seen with progress indicator on screen ?

Seen this always I think, in PVR mode as well as movie mode, but didn't bother about it, for that one second or less.

I have a 4 second pause on switch, and that's not happening to me when starting. I paused it for about 2 minutes and hit play and didn't have any issues.

And what happens if you switch from multi channel to stereo and vice versa when you are playing a movie or watching TV ?

I don't have any movies or TV shows that go from multie channel to stereo (or vice versa), but I can try out live TV. Do you have or know of any sample videos that would do that for me test? I generally don't use Live TV on MrMC much since it's so hard to scroll through the guide and tapping the remote changes the channel.

Have it tested with Live TV and could find no problems.
