Have tried loading Movies library 5 times and each time is blank. Ideas?
I can see it fails, but no idea why ... do I have access to it? can I get access to it?
What do you mean? You should have access to all libraries on your account for our server

Oh, both are linked to same libraries. I can invite you to W**** if needed?

Not sure as I usually just use W**** with it having my watch history. I invited you to it though. :)

ok, got it.... so.. this is a difficult problem that will take a major rework in the core.

whats happening now is that your server takes around 40 seconds to return all the items in movie section, there is > 7700 movies in there and the info being collected and transferred is around 30mb.

we dont have the mechanism to do the fetch in segments and thats something thats going to take a lot of core changes to implement.

EDIT: one option to try is to increase connection timeout in Settings -> System -> Internet access and see if that would help

3.9.7 (200520.1037)
- emby/JF: limit the number of items collected to 1000 per server hit, server will take time and we will timeout
- services: rework reporting logic
- change episode label format to Sx:Exx

@snodrog742, please see if the latest TF fixes your issue with getting the movie section.. debuglog please if it doesnt

Movie section looked good but we're back to getting duplicate Trakt plays reported. Debuglog GTZ1L.log. This movie was paused a few times which I'm guessing didn't get relayed to Trakt properly
