is GDM discovery on? is manual signin plex enabled by any chance?

Yes to both. GDM because I'm attempting anything to get it to work, and manual for the same reason..I'd always used PIN before. I figured no reason to sign out from manual as long as I can get it working by clicking on my username.

kill em both and see if that works, something is calling http and your server works with https only...

pin should work just fine, I'll look into others

So, a few times today with GDM and manual login still enabled the plex server came up without me having to go into services and click my username. Thrilling when that happens.

Anyway, I disabled GDM, signed out of manual, signed into PIN, and rebooted the Shield.

Fantastically, the server did come up without me having to do anything. Here's the log. https://paste2.org/Btxe5hyj I still see 1 plex error.

As it is now is how it usually was for me, I'd only made changes because I was having so much trouble. I hope the good luck streak continues.

Shield was asleep for a while but I switched to it to see if plex client would come up again like it should. No luck this time.
I even clicked on my username in services>plex several times.

So I quit MrMC, then opened it back up and this time the plex client populated.

I am running the latest Testflight on Shield and have a little problem with downloading Czech subtitles. I do not know when exactly it started, but I am sure that it worked correctly few weeks ago.

To be sure I didn't mess something up I removed MrMC and installed it again from beginning, leaving everything on default. Only things I did were adding Media source (SMB share from NAS) and set up two languages for subtitles downloads - English and Czech.

Now, when I started movie playback where I missed Czech subtitles, I went to subtitles download and after filling up my logon credentials for OpenSubtitles I got the list of found subtitles only for English, while Czech versions were missing. Same applies for Podnapisi - English subtitles only, no Czech versions.

Naturally I tried to search for Czech versions directly on OpenSubtitles web and found plenty of them available. Further I tried download them in SMPC (latest alplha) and I got them listed and was able download them without problems.

I do not know if debug log will be required, but I rather took it: https://pastebin.com/XJCJ4Lsh

I also tried to search forum, but was not able find same problem (there were other related to subtitles in this Testflight, but it was not working in general which is not my case as I have no problems with searching for English subtitles)

Any good idea is highly appreciated and keep up in very good work, I really like MrMC

Just curious to hear any updates on the status and potential roadmap with the beta. Seems to have been pretty quiet lately. I might have missed a post with some info though!
