So here is a short cut from the video.

I don't believe that the file is the problem, because the sound appears on each movie I watched.

sure but we want to start by comparing apples to apples :)

next, tell us exactly how setting -> system -> audio output, is setup so we can match yours.
tvOS audio settings too.

do you have display sync enabled, in settings -> video -> playback ?
"Sync Playback To Display"

This was the right hint :)

TvOs -> Settings ->Video and Audio -> Video -> Match content -> Match Dynamic Rate and Match Frame Rate ON

Finally i Can enjoy movies on mrmc again :)

Took a bit to figure out what was going on :)

With "Sync Playback To Display", the a/v sync changes from audio pts to video pts. So to get a/v sync, audio is dropped or silence added to adjust the audio pts to match video pts. The ~four second cycle in audio blips was the tip off :)
