I think I have done it correctly this way and issue remains.
Files for the series are still missing under TV-SHOWS, only a single serie appears with its own episodes but all the other ones are missing.
Please notice that I also have a Android TV box and I do not have this issue when using KODI 15.0 on this box with exactly the same set-up.

Here is my TV show scraper settings :
Folder contains a single TV Show = NO
Exclude path from library updates = NO
Use DVD order = NO
Use absolute ordering (single season) = NO
Enable fanart = YES
Language = FR

Again, I suggest that this is an issue while using MrMc UI with french language and all fanart and Movies/TV-Shows set-up to French language.
Please help.

I know it's a shot in a dark, but change it to English and see if it works....

Also, maybe tvdb scraper needs a French setting to know what to do ?

I'm using mrmc in french with the same options as you do ... no problem on my end.

I did a quadruple check and i do not understand why with Kodi on a android tv box it works fine and why with MrMc on my apple tv 4 it does not work.

ISSUE SOLVED !
Problem was with the title name from each TV Show directory that was not matching the attended informations from MrMc (even if it was correctly working with Kodi on an Android TV Box).
With MrMc, TV Show directory file name should only contain the name from the TV Show title. Example : SUPER TV SHOW.
With MrMc, TV Show directory file name should NOT include any other informations related to the serie itself. Example : SUPER TV SHOW SEASON 2 [720p Vostfr].
I had this setup which was not working with MrMc.
After having renamed all TV Show directory file names, such as "SUPER TV SHOW", the library is OK and all episodes are working fine.

So, ISSUE SOLVED !
