Just press and hold the touch button of the remote.
I installed it at it seems to work. Thanks. But i will list the following as bugs (Maybe they are not bugs - but i think)
- When enabling passtrough there is a loud scratching when playback a movie with ex. DTS. (I have enabled passtrough, and AC3 + DTS capable receiver). When playing back through Kodi there is no issue. And it's the exact same setup.
// EDIT: I think this problem is solved, I changed some audio setting in the apple setting menu. Reduce Load noices something..
- When using a Kodi remove (XBMCEE) and hitting play. The app crashes and return to the apple start screen?
melmac wrote:Hi sorry for the totally noob questions but I am unfamiliar with Kodi or mrmc, I currently use mediabrowser on a htpc all my videos are on my local server and their art and metadata is fetched using metabrowser and stored in the same place. The metadata is in the format folder.jpg, backdrop.jpg, series.xml will MrMc use this existing art/info or will it download it's own? Also does MrMc keep a track of what's been watched with checkmark or similar? does it jump to the next unwatched ep the next time you enter the show?
Thanks in advance
What it does is grab the data from whatever source you specify such as TheTVdb.com for TV episodes and this includes artwork... there's a banner, poster, background artwork etc. and even an episode screenshot.
I don't know if it will use or even recognize artwork that's in your library already. I'm sure there would be a way to get it to use your graphics but it's way easier to let MrMC do it for you and then you can customize it after.

Not sure which screenshot you're referring to but isn't it on by default to show recently added movies to the home screen when you've selected Movies (but not clicked on it yet). It can be turned on/off in settings.
Just tested MrMc: set up in 5 Minutes, playback perfect, scrubbing ok: All in all: Sooooo perfect! Very well done guys!!!!
Waitin since years to this day! Thank you so much!
